Jamal Haddad didn't set out to build a chain — he wanted to recreate the feeling of a table where the food is generous, the music is on, and everyone belongs. Family recipes and that welcoming energy are the foundation Peño is still built on.

Every morning the kitchen starts from scratch — sauces, hummus (including Jamal's own recipe), and everything in between, made fresh before the first guest walks in. That daily commitment is how you taste the difference.
